Our team of experienced business mentors, life coaches and careers experts support clients in all areas of their lives - motivating change where it's needed, generating aspiration where it's desired and finding potential in every situation. We act as an objective adviser, concerned with helping our clients to live purposefully, actively and with genuine enjoyment.

 

We're based in Winchester, UK with regular clients across the southern counties of Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and Wiltshire. Business Mentoring

 

Do you want to start a new business in 2010, or  are you looking to grow an existing one?

 

Our business mentors come from a variety of backgrounds. We're a small team, and our focus is primarily on supporting small businesses with up to 100 employees, but our expertise and experience is drawn from the corporate world, local authority sector and private enterprise.

 

Fiona Mackenzie is an experienced project manager who specialises in getting the best out of people. A natural encourager, she motivates and inspires by example. Educated at Oxford, she has a healthy appreciation for attention to detail but is more practical than cerebral. As a hands-on small business owner she's more often found solving problems for clients than with her nose in a book.

 

Her team includes experienced managers from the corporate world as well as real business owners who've battled through recessions, learned from their mistakes, celebrated successes and turned challenges into opportunities. Andy is the team's sales expert and his down to earth approach makes him the perfect trainer for staff who feel that selling is 'way out of their comfort zone'.
