We offer all prospective clients a free initial 1 hour consultation. This gives you an opportunity to decide whether business mentoring is for you, without any obligation. It also helps us to get to know you and your business ideas better, so that from your very first session with us every minute of our time together is focused on moving you forward.

 

You can then meet with your mentor as regularly as you need to, on a pay as you go basis, or invest in one of our great value business start up packages.

Think you want to start your own business? Over twelve weeks we take you through every step of the start-up process, covering everything from evaluating your business idea, to sales and marketing, to finding your customers and delivering your product or service. The package helps you to set a course for your new business and introduces you to all of the key issues you ned to consider before you start up. It's a great package if you're still at the ideas stage and need help gearing up to go out on your own.

Successful selling: £99 

 

Need some help pulling in those critical first sales? If so, this is the package for you. Discover how to sell with authenticity, without agressive or cheesy sales tactics. Learn how to identify the features and benefits of your product or service and how to see everything from the customer's point of view.

 

You'll receive:

• A one to one session with one of our business mentors to identify the key selling points, features and benefits, of your product or service, as well as your target market/s and how they operate
• A meeting with our sales expert to build a personalised sales strategy for your business, and learn tips for successful selling
• A follow up report, packed with advice and tips to remember when selling

 

Business generator: £199 

 

Need some help getting your product or service out there? Effective PR is an essential part of launching any business venture, and a great way to boost your other marketing activities. Over four weeks you'll learn how to build a successful PR campaign, from building up your media list to developing your press story, to approaching journalists and doing online PR.

 

You'll receive:

• Two in-depth sessions with an experienced business mentor to help build your campaign
• Industry hints and tips for managing, tracking and timing your PR campaign
• Advice on successful press release writing and distribution
• A follow up report with ideas for future campaigns

 

Group business coaching 

Ideal for small teams or for key people within a company, this is the equivalent of having your very own non-executive director to help you steer a prosperous course for your small business. Whether you're setting up systems for your new business, on the point of recruiting staff or refining your marketing strategy, your Perspex business mentor will contribute a wealth of ideas and experience and provide constructive challenge wherever it's needed.

Group coaching tends to work well in 2 hour slots and can be booked when required, or as part of a longer term programme. By booking sessions in advance you benefit from a preferential rate, and this can be a great way of delivering focused training to your staff. Coaching sessions can be arranged at intervals of your choice – weekly, monthly, quarterly – and can be themed depending on your business needs.
