Cancellation Information: Applying to Orders from Perspex Consulting, Image Boutique or from Perspex Coach
Cancellations of goods made in writing within 3 working days of submitting the order to I Perspex Consulting will be fully refunded within 30 days unless they have already dispatched.
All orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
If you return an item in an unsused condition in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery we will refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange, we regret that postage, packing and handling are direct costs and cannot be refunded, please note that Perspex Consulting does not pay the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty (see below).
