Returns Policy: Applying to Orders from Perspex Consulting, Image Boutique or from Perspex Coach
Upon receipt you should inspect your goods thoroughly and you will be deemed to have accepted them unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns procedure.
If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected. Items may be returned for full refund or exchange.
Customers must request via email to return items within 7 days of receipt and should be returned to the address below using recorded delivery via Royal Mail or your own preferred courier.
We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
