PERSPEX Enterprise Course for Students  £60

A course designed to increase commercial awareness, give you a competitive advantage in the workplace and specifically to act as a breeding ground for entrepreneurs of the future. The course is for groups of students, so you can either come along on your own or bring a bunch of friends. Lasting six weeks, this runs regularly throughout the year depending on demand.

At the end of the course you will have learned how to:
•    Identify a good business idea
•    Examine the pitfalls of being in business for yourself and how to avoid them
•    Balance university or college work with your small enterprise
•    Market yourself to prospective clients
•    Build a realistic start-up budget

You'll come away with free business worksheets, sample letters to send out to prospective clients and a list of recommended companies and organisations that can help you set up your business such as accountants, legal advisers, trade bodies, government helplines etc.
